No Japan. He also won't be close to winning the scoring title. He's trying to be LeBron this yr with the well rounded statline. Even when he's playing normal like last season, he was top 5 in TOs anyways up around and over 4 per game. Now that he's trying to handle and playmake more, which is also having a negative impact on his scoring, he's committing more turnovers. Passing to any of our bigs is pretty much a guaranteed one and he stays trying to thread the needle passes to them.
agreed, I don't know what the hell KD is doing. Sometimes he just needs to score the damn rockIs it a choice of his? Or Scott Brooks? I don't get it. You don't force a SF to be a point-forward. I understand for wanting to pick up the slack from James, but still man, you play to your strengths. If you want to improve on these things, you do it in the off-season. I know he had a busy summer, but still.
Brooks never does or says anything. It'd KD's choosing. He spoke about wanting to grab 8 rebounds a game (he's at 12 right now) "next yr" during the summer, The passing, again I think he's trying to be more like LeBron plus going out of his way to incorporate Kevin Martin since that's where most of his passes go. But yea, 15pts isn't going to cut it. I'll take 30 and 4 assists all day over like 15 and 7 and a bunch of tos attempting to pass. A KD "forced shot" is typically better than an open shot from most the other guys so. He said today though in postgame, he's still trying to figure out the balance. No Japan.
