Who do we need to retain for next year? If we were to do that trade and give up two starters, our #1 overall pick from last year and the #10 pick this year and having over $30+ mill in cap space left then we better be getting LeBron or PG too. Jonah Bolden is coming over and will probably take over the Ilyasova role off the bench, TJ, Justin Anderson and Holmes are still under contract for next year. Just resign Belinelli and whoever else for cheap that wants to come off the bench for a contender.
JJ? he was one year deal

Suns definitely taking Ayton now.

Elfrid
Booker
Warren/Jackson
Bender/Chriss
Ayton

Real young core.

JJ? he was one year deal

We would still be able to retain JJ for $10 mill per year if we did that deal for Kawhi and signed LeBron, so that wouldn’t be an issue

Signing LeBron and convincing dudes to come take less money >>>>> splitting all that money between a bunch of dudes like Will Barton, Wilson Chandler, Avery Bradley, etc that I like but wouldn’t be huge difference makers to put a team over the top to win a championship

JJ gonna take a 13 mil paycut after having a career year?
was gonna say that but it was one year deal and Sixers had the cap space they needed to use

hes not getting $20 a year on a long term contract but Buc is right, he could take $10 a year if its 3-4 year and it's him taking a paycut for Lebron or someone like that because hes a big part of that team IMO

if your the sixers do you trade simmons for koala?

if your the celtics would you trade kyrie for ad?

not that the pelicans would trade ad tho

Lou Will just had a career year (better than JJ’s) and is two years younger and re-signed with the Clippers for 3 years $24 million.

Don’t look at the numbers we gave JJ and Amir Johnson to sign with us on one year deals last summer. We were just throwing big one year deals at vets to convince them to sign and to reach the cap floor and make sure we’d have room for a max free agent the following summer.

Well right now KAT’s contract is the cheapest. You can probably get a good haul for him.

But him stinking up the joint in the playoffs was not good either.

Kyrie for towns who says no. Wait I forgot you can't trade Kyrie because he's vital to the Celtics playoff success. My bad
