Lebron is a savant if the game. He can definitely be coached but it would take a coach he actually respects.

Bron has never had a coach on the level of Pop to guide him and not put up with his ****. He had that in Miami with Pat Riley, but he was in the front office and not on the sidelines. I don't think 2011 and 2014 happen with Pat Riley as the head coach.

really think hes going to the sixers or lakers
if he went to the sixers it would sort of balance the league out a bit
if im a celtic fan i want him in the west to the lakers
him on the lakers wont put him on the warriors or rockets who are legit title contenders already
and it makes the celtics the lone title contender in the east
but as a laker fan i want him on the lakers because id like to see one of the greatest players ever to don the purple and gold

would love to see a guy like Pop cussing out Lebron because he was overdribbling the ball vs an isolated javele or not running back on defense because he wants to complain a call
there were peers like shane, mike miller, udonis, wade, etc that he respected and could get in his ear. nobody on these cavs roster dared talk to bronny like that. maybe, kyle korver and rj he value their opinions but bron isnt hearing it from JR, tristan, etc
bron straight disrespecting george hill like he was rio chalmers last night
if it aint for him and the other role guys, they would've been gone before the finals

Pat Riley couldn’t control his ego because of 2011. I think they actually tried to run an offense that finals series and they lost. The next year Lebron stepped up with better post moves and his patented brand of basketball and they won it all. Once that happened I don’t think Spoelstra and Riley could really control him. It has to be a proven coach with a history of winning their way like Phil and the triangle though that’s never happening.

Pat Riley was a calming force for Bron at Miami though. It's no secret that Riley mentored him during his time there. I think the relationship would've been different if he were on the sidelines. At the time Riley didn't want to get in the way of Spoelstra so he tried to be hands off. But I feel like Riley could've gotten the best out of Bron if he came down and took over. Bron would have had at least 4 rings. That offense and defensive scheme by SA in 2014 was just too good. Kerr brought that blueprint to GS.

If we we're 100% sure we were getting LeBron and Paul George I'd be willing to make a trade for Kawhi.
Also, I don't think that the Lakers organization will be as willing as the Cavs to let LeBron run the franchise enforce us to give his friends contracts. Maybe I'm wrong but I feel like magic and Palinka have more backbone than that.

If Kawhi decides to leave SA, then he becomes a more valuable FA than PG-13 imo. But I do believe that best situation for Bron is SA if they keep Kawhi. Adding PG-13 wouldn't hurt either. I just don't believe he can go further with Walton than he could with Pop.
