Orrr there was simply more talent spread around the West making it harder for teams to scratch off easy victories against the bottom of the conference, especially with fewer teams tanking.

Eh I’d lean towards no. The TWolves and nuggets aren’t really anything I’d write home about. OKC is regressing, Spurs have no Kawhi, boogie is out etc. I don’t put any of those teams that high imo
