RJ looked overwhelmed by the system and fitting into the role required of him.

Still unbelievable the Spurs found another team to take him off their hands.

Yea RJ was never able to find a role in SA. He was someone coming from NJ that could slash to the basket, catch & shoot, & finish on the break... I thought he would end up with a better role on the team, but it never worked out.

:smh: please stop posting

After you.

Not at all far from it.

He was nothing but dead weight over there. He never contributed anything of value and underproduced when we needed him to shine.

That about sums it up without me needing to pull out the stats or the god awful Memphis series that sealed the deal for me.

Thanks for the info. I dunno what I was watchin'.

Yeah I was a big fan of RJ during his tenure wit' New Jersey. I remember one year he put up 42 points before breakin' his wrist. :smh:

What could have been.

Looking at the free agent tracker, still lots of unrestricted guys still out there who could help a team.

I need Miami to scoop up Chris Anderson. That is if the child porn stuff wasn't on him.

Hassan Whiteside would be kinda interesting as well.

RJ has been nothing without Kidd. He owes a lot of his money to number 5.

Eh, I think that's a copout.

When RJ was in his prime with or without kid, he was a strong, athletic SF that could lockdown perimeter players, slash to the rim and get to the line. As he lost some of that athleticism, he added a pretty good jump shot but stopped defending and didn't really take care of his body as well as he should have. Milwaukee got a watered down version of RJ that still put up points and SA tried to turn him into a spot up shooter. I'm sure SA hated him but he wasn't that bad, especially his second year there except for the playoffs (44% from 3). Wouldn't be surprised to see him as a journeyman from now on, which is kinda sad since I've been following him since he was a rookie.

Brooklyn Nets are checking out Andray Blatche.....Good luck to you guys with that one BK
Philly fan checking-in, but Blatche is worth a rehabilitation project IMO. Everyone knows he's a knucklehead, but it's not like Andray is absent of all talent. Ideally he could be a bench producer that gives 20 minutes a night.

From the way ex-NBA star Javaris Crittenton was partying in L.A. this weekend ... with a TON of hot chicks ... you'd never believe it's been almost a year since he was charged with murder. The 24-year-old was outside Blok nightclub in Hollywood with at least 4 smokin' hot lady friends ... where he told us, "Everything is great man ... God is great." TMZ.com

So I'm guessing he beat that murder charge?

It hasn't gone to trial yet. He's out on bail.

Cases like that take FOREVER. He got arrested again earlier this year after being pulled over speeding in a Porsche and refusing to get out of the car.

Dude is an idiot :smh:
