Why? Kobe vs. Shaq in the Finals will be fun. Shaq helped Kobe get his rings....can he also keep him from one?

Salmons doesnt deserve to replace Ben Gordon in the starting line-up. that's idiotic.
NOW HEAR THIS INCASE YOU HAVE BEEN SLEEPING THE LAST 5 YEARS

We interrupt this thread to bring you this News Flash:

Ben Gordon can ONLY shoot
Ben Gordon IS short for a 2 guard
Ben Gordon can NOT dribble
Ben Gordon can NOT play defense
Ben Gordon IS a sixth man.

Now back to your regularly schedule tread postings....

Looks like it's a complete fire-sale for Sacramento.

QFT, but the problem is people only likes Ben for his shooting and just forget about the rest of his lackluster game. The Bulls definitely needto move him to avoid losing him for nothin to free agency.

One GM, speaking on condition of anonymity, told me he spoke with the Thunder and thought they were extremely conservative in their diagnosis of Chandler. Although he hadn't seen the medical evidence, he felt, based on his conversations with the Thunder, that the team might have overreacted to the center's turf toe issue.

They better not

to be honest bringing shaq here would def mess up the chemistry and who is going to start, Z or Shaq, idk about this.

WHY WOULD THE KINGS GIVE UP BOBBY BROWN

(7:47 a.m.)

And we're off...

Two league sources say the Kings are closing in a deal that would send forward Shelden Williams and point guard Bobby Brown to Minnesota for guard RashadMcCants and Calvin Booth.

McCants is a fourth-year guard who will earn $2.6 million this season and be a restricted free agent this summer, while the veteran big man Booth will earn$1.1 million this season before coming off the books. While Williams is a free agent this summer, this would take the Kings off the hook for Brown's$736,420 for next season that is a player option.

UPDATES TO COME...

The Cavaliers have offered Ben Wallace and Sasha Pavlovic to the Suns for Shaquille O'Neal, according to sources close to BrianWindhorst.

Such a trade works under the salary cap rules but would not, by itself, bring the Suns below the luxury tax threshold this year ornext.

According to ESPN, this deal has been discussed but is a long ways away from being completed and is described as unlikely.

If ben gordon got a dime for every time he took a stupid %!! shot or turned the ball over, HE would be bailing out all these companies, NOT thegovernment. Hes to small to guard the avg sized 2 guard in the league and wayyyy too slow to gaurd a quick point gaurd. I remember the last time we played theMavs, he got ***@ on by Josh howard and then when del dummy switched him to JJ barea he got ***@ on even worse. Ive always like hinrich more than BG. Hinrichis a #!+#@%* leader, who can dribble (one of the most underrated crossovers in the game), pretty solid 3pt shooter, and NEVER, i mean NEVER dogs it on defense.

Marc Stein: Word is coming in that the Knicks are closing in on some new players.

It is not immediately clear if this would be two separate trades or a three-way exchange, but I'm hearing that Oklahoma City's Chris Wilcox -- who wentback to the Thunder on Wednesday night when the Tyson Chandler trade was rescinded -- and Chicago's Larry Hughes are New York-bound.

To complete the transaction(s), Oklahoma City would get Malik Rose and Chicago would receive Tim Thomas, Jerome James and Anthony Roberson.

Trying to nail it all down for you.

so the knicks get a solid big man in Chris Wilcox and Larry hughes for TT, JJ, and anthony roberson. Damn donnie Walsh is good
