Bows and Arrows got them for sure because that is where I got my pair, New Balance NYC got them (but had a lame wristband program that I even refused to participate in) and I think Boston NB store got them too.

no they released at a bunch of boutiques, there were supposedly only 990 pairs made though. and i would hardly say they were slept on, they sold out with a quickness every place they dropped..
