Ye would have had already signed off on the RO's as part of the 2's to have been dropped this go around. Not sure what the corporate legal angle is but I'm pretty sure he can't retroactively demand Swoosh NOT to release them.

It's strictly up to the powers that be. I can see one of 2 scenarios. 1, straight to outlets. 2, scrapped altogether. I just can't see Nike doing an actual release for a shoe they only produced 5K or so from a dude that's been badmouthing them for the longest then finally jumping the fence for their direct competitor.

Well, based on that interview w Sway, I'm hearing 2 things.

1. Accdg to Ye, Nike can release these to retailers if they wanted provide they cooperate.

2. In order for the ROs to release, Ye needs to sign off on them to allow Nike to do so.

Hard to know what's factual given lack of timeline as to when these events supposedly occurred and w no explanation fr Nikes side of things..

Total crapshoot at this point.
