Kb24.com says internatipnal shipping takes 2-3 weeks.. could it come earlier?

Because my shoes were at LA on the first of this month and the tracking hasnt updated yet..

I did once for ball and they feel good.......jus wide as F*** than the lunar insoles, personally I like the Kobe VII inserts better
