whats throwing me off is the different insole...doesnt the insole have a full horse on it & not just a head??

If 10.5 is your true size, you'll most likely be fine depending on the width of your feet. Personally, KDs have fit me better going TTS starting from the N7s to now. Everything prior to that, I had to 0.5 size-up...

Unlikely. When you usually hear/read "restock" on limited shoes, it's basically just referring to cancelled orders...
