it's the PHX culture, that's one of the drills along w/ running suicides, layup drills, and weight training, flopping sessions twice a day.

i disagree....hack a shaq is great..... Makes these lazy stars work on fundamentals.....like free throws..... You dont suck on the ft line, you e wont get putthere....

it can be an effective strategy, but it's still a #%+#+ move. Poppazit is much better than that.
