I don’t try to moralize the use. I’m just more afraid of the long term side effects of use. It really doesn’t change peoples habits unless they continue taking it forever and that’s what needs to be changed.
We have the Belgian fastfood tradition of "friteries" that are far higher quality than McDonalds etc but that also shows in the price.
I stocked up last week. Trade bait for the 85 Breds next monthI am so proud that egg prices are higher than ever. I hope NT took my advice and stocked up when eggs were cheap.
Unserious people.
I don't understand why you'd eat fast food if you live in a metro area, step your palate up. isn't McDonalds like 15 bucks these days?
I am proof that it is very possible to eat only the highest quality ingredients and still be overweight.
And as long as we’re talking N=1 studies…
When I moved to India from NYC, I had been walking at least 5 miles per day from my commute, eating a sad Chopt salad, low dressing, every day for lunch, and eating fairly high quality ingredient based home cooking most nights. There was almost no fast food.
In India, my driver shuttled me around everywhere: weekly exercise dropped to zero. I ate whatever my maid gave me for lunch and dinner which was usually swimming in oil (leetle leetle according to her), and had KFC and Dominos is weekly homesick rotation. Definitely the most stressful job I’ve ever had, too.
And I lost 35 pounds without even trying in 2 years. Upon return to the states, put them all back on in about 18 months.
So I’m very suspicious of our food supply.

yeah until Elon buys off the entire supreme court
How many luxury electric RVs will it take?
Clarence Thomas won’t be able to resist.
You gotta be kidding me
There's definitely something to this. Makes no sense to me that my active parents who don't eat junk, basically the same foods they ate in the Carribean are still susceptible to same metabolic diseases. It's almost like ie an onion isn't quite an onion for mass production sake.I am proof that it is very possible to eat only the highest quality ingredients and still be overweight.
