Reaction is a lot different than Vegas....
The reason I'm ranting is because if we're having the right conversations we can save lives in the future.

Unfortunately we won't get to the right conversation in this administration. Instead of experts evaluating situations, we have a loud and proud buffoon with no experience dictating how it should be.

Deathtoll in Egypt is crazy.
Of course the right looks at this as some weird victory and justification of their bigotry. Team don't politicize mass shootings is being spearheaded by trump who somehow feels this relates to building his stupid wall with Mexico, and his Muslim ban, as if most people who die at the hands of terrorists who claim Islam aren't Muslims themselves, and this didn't happen overseas.
Global terror is such a deep-rooted geopolitical problem. But the simpletons are out in droves now saying Islam needs to be reformed.
Because of idiots like that we can't even get close to sniffing a solution, and the cycle is perpetuated.
But apparently somehow calling it radical Islamic terror is the beginning of a fantastic solution. Nobody knows where it goes, but we just know it's a great start!
Every "theologian" and "historian" on Reddit is attributing this to being because Islam doesn't consider Sufis as fellow Muslims. As if there isn't a never ending list of attacks on even the most popular branch.
Same cats can write grade A fan fiction on government false flag operations, but can't fathom that there is something at play other than Islam = violent.
Terrorism is an industry and a part of the world's military industrial complex.

I love how he adds (quickly).

Conservatives tend to see every single Muslim as having a hive mind. Certain liberals will sneer at that and say that it is is because conservatives are uneducated. In truth, conservatives see Muslim s as homogeneous because they are racist. While there are conservatives who do not have very much formal education or exposure to multicultural communities, the subset of conservatives that cares the most about Islam versus the west are the fairly well educated conservatives. The conservatives who care about the demographics of Europe or who follow news from the MENA tend to be the same type who know about the Council of Nicaea and the 95 Theses so they are capable of discerning differences within a religion it is just hat when it comes to the mostly non white Muslim World, those conservatives are unwilling to make distinctions.

After a massive neo-fascist march in Poland and new reports of neo-Nazi influence in Ukraine, Lev Golinkin, an author who fled then-Soviet Ukraine as a child, says both the US and Russia have troubling ties to Europe's far-right
