I'm guessing these are coming from the increasing pool of individuals questioned by the special counsel. I'm surprised at how tight Mueller's investigation is actually. Aside from a CNN report about the very first indictment a day in advance I don't recall any of Mueller's big moves being leaked before happening. And that CNN report only said there was an indictment coming, no names. Though Manafort was a safe assumption that proved to be correct.
