Drumpf isn't racist, he's just a privileged, ignorant white male who has benefited from his privileged. He also knows how to manipulate the ignorant masses. Majority of his supporters are racists. Now, is he racist by association? you could say that but that's a slippery slope.

But his methodology of gaining the vote of these said "racists" hasn't been by using racism itself. So i can't agree that he is a racist.

I'm pretty sure Trump is racist, he is willing to put the lives and well-being of multiple groups to his benefit (Muslims, Mexicans and blacks). That is the very definition of racism. 

I also think he probably hates the poor, ignorant disgusting white people he uses to advance his campaign though....not only is he a racist he's an elitist. No room for the poor or minorities.

today is a big day. Rubio finally grew some balls a couple days ago and said what he really thinks about Drumpf. probably too little too late. but it's good to know that the majority of Democrats and of Republicans are drawing a line on Drumpf and his tactics. independent of whether people agree with his political ideas and policies (not that he has any), only a third of Republicans really support him, which is a third of a third. which, for those of you not good with math/thinking/intelligence, that works out to 1 out of 9. which is about what it is in this thread (even lower), even with the fact that his supporters are by definition vocal trolls, whether they know it or not.

I was talking about how the Quran perpetuates hatred, rightfully so......not once did I say all Muslims are violent. Hell I also said Christianity does the same thing, does that mean I dislike my family and the millions of Christians that live in this country?   In fact Christians have given me more reasons to hate all Christians than Islam, but you don't see me voting to deport all Christians or preaching violence against Christians?

No comment on the wall, that's a conversation I'd need a lobotomy to even take seriously.

Trump has said many degrading comments and passive aggressive racist comments against blacks. The fact that he doesn't acknowledge the open racism of his followers is in itself degrading. Of course you don't know what Im talking about refer to what Colombia said.

The facts and evidence is there, any reasonable person can come to the conclusion that systemic racism is a huge problem in the US, and the rest of the world for that matter. I don't need to live in the US to look at statistics and come to that conclusion.

This is what causes a lot of rural, and poor whites to reach for racism/nativism, that even though statistically they are doing better than black people, and other minorities, they are still struggling, suicide rates are sky high among white men, and they see people advocating for tax cuts for rich people, government programs for black issues, new laws immigrant issues and no one is doing anything for them.

So they blame out groups for their issues.


Trump playing on this and he most likely will fail to get the presidency, but I feel a new brand of republican may rise up to replace him.
