You can't exterminate religion, we have to supress radical ideologies. Indonesia is a great example of a country that does this well. It has one of the largest muslim populations and has a very low number of radicalization problems.
We can and we have to exterminate the terrorists but the idea of radical islam will exist as long as religion exists.

Low number of radicalization problems relative to its muslim population.
More radical islamic Australians went to Syria to fight in the war than Indonesians.
They have an islamic culture that is very anti-radicalization and children are being educated early on about radical islam.
One of the main factors of the radical islam problem is instability in the middle east. As long as countries are in shambles, the problem will continue to exist. I don't even think the terrorist leadership is truly religious. Religion, in this case Islam, has always been a tool of indoctrination. I believe the terrorist leaders simply want power and revenge against the west for destabilizing the middle east. Religion is just an easy tool to recruit followers. Always has been, always will be.

He has hired many minorities to work for his company, he treats all his employees well including randomly giving $100 bills to his Hispanic staff in FL, he has received the endorsement of several black preachers who know the man and say he is NOT racist, etc.
