Why in the world Bernie give up when Hillary is at her weakest? She won't stop lying. In light of recent events, why would he not fight to take it to a contested convention at this point? The convention is in July.

Bernie is 74 years old. This is his absolute last stand.

This campaign is not a campaign of ideas anymore, or a campaign of helping people, or a battle of ideas. It is just about Bernie's ego, and childishness at this point, that's it.

They should not though. You don't see the hypocrisy in Bernie and his supporters complaining about superdelegates giving Clinton the leg up months ago, to now hoping they steal the nomination for Bernie.

So it is all wavy when an subversion of democracy happens in Sander's favor? C'mon famb, they should vote based on pledged delegates. Unless Hillary drops out, they shouldn't be in play at all.

I still have faith he wouldn't cross that line though. Famb needs to come into the convention trying to vigorously and reasonably trying to influence the Democratic platform, not whining and complaining that he is not the nominee

It's no not Sanders' job to "go away." It's Hillary's job to put him away. Ted Cruz had the right fight on, but he was being crushed. Bernie I'd technically losing, but he isn't being crushed. NOW, Clinton has given him a solid chance at a congested convention. A few days ago, your position H may have had merit. But TODAY... I don't see why a 74 year old would give up now.

Clinton never went for the kill. She should have trashed Bernie those 55K "personal" emails. But he's still here, and he doesn't have time to pull something like this:

These clinton people trying to explain away her emails as "wanting a private life" disgust me. That wouldn't explain the server (which the media doesn't like to ask about and is the most important start of the story) and not handing over a bunch more emails.

If she wanted privacy it wasn't because of yoga schedules and food recipees. It was pay for play. Giving bill money for speeches while she used her influence to facilitate deals.

The only acceptable response for someone defending her is "the alternative is trump who is unpredictable and dangerous".
