She'd still hammer him in a debate about actual policies but I don't think it would matter. Trump knows that. He didn't get this far by debating his policies, he insulted and deflected his way to the nomination. With all Hillary's previous baggage and now the inspector general's report, he'll likely insult his way to the oval office too.
Watch any Trump speech/debate and note how many times he straight up ignores questions, deflects by insulting someone or cites a vague standard response formula along the lines of:
We're not winning right now folks, it's very bad. Believe me. I'm gonna fix (insert issue here) and trust me, it will be good and you're gonna love it. Believe me folks, you'll love it.

Regardless if he is a socialist or what... i think we can generally agree that he isn't a democrat. He doesn't have a crazy loyalty to the party. He doesn't care about raising money. I don't know if he cares about the long term prospects of the party
