No, I'm not saying you don't do anything to support the struggle, I know you're pro-black, I'm not questioning you. I'm saying you're not helping the current conversation as it pertains to dwalk's support of white supremacy by reminding us all that democrats are flawed too. We know that, we talk about it all the time. You're in here so YOU know that  I'm also generally venting about having to constantly deal with "Well the democrats..." in this the year of our lord two thousand-twenty when discussing republican debasement of democracy.
To be quite honest, I post in here sparingly and don't really keep up with the thread because it can become somewhat repetitive with Rusty and others going back and forth with dwalk31 dwalk31 . I don't know the extent to which he's gone to defend Trump outside of him spinning some of the major reports and denying that Trump is a racist(all of which I think he does to troll y'all, could be wrong though), so if dwalk31 dwalk31 out here really busting it open for Trump and Co(figuratively, hell, maybe literally as well), then I understand why y'all may be mad about the comparison. Also, if there was a day in which the monotony broke, where y'all criticized the democratic party, then I missed it. My comments stem from what I've seen in here along with other threads when the topic of politics does come up. Even when I've mentioned that I'm voting Democrat in the upcoming election and have voted democrat in years past, some cats are still legit mad when people voice their displeasures with the party as if they are some enforcer for the party. I understand that in this time where it's either them or a blatant racist in charge if someone says anything that might come off even a bit contrary then they are the opposition, but I didn't say that I'm voting for Trump or the birthday party  . I'm simply stating that there are people who drink the Kool-aide on both sides (as demonstrated by some of y'all with your reaction). My comments were also misconstrued by some. Even if you believe what I'm saying is foolishness, then scroll past it as opposed to trying to spin it for internet cool points/e-likes.

Literally every week... actually more like every 2 or 3 days

meanwhile dwalk31 dwalk31 talking about 1 thing from over 25 years with Biden while conveniently forgetting the many many horrendous things trump did in the 70s, 80s AND 90s

but hey he signed the first step

Tucker Carlson is now blaming it all on Lindsey Graham for the Woodward tapes
"Tonight from a source who knows, ... , it was Lindsey Graham who helped convince Trump to talk to Woodward. Lindsey Graham brokered that meeting. Lindsey Graham even sat in on the first interview between Woodward and the president. How'd that turn out?
Now remember, Lindsey Graham is supposed to be a Republican, so why would he do something like that?"

Poor Trump, if Graham didn't try to convince him (allegedly), how could he have possibly known it was a bad idea? What was Trump supposed to do to fight against this? Recall how damaging the previous Woodward book was? Use the slightest inkling of common sense? Those are Herculean tasks even the great Messiah Donald J Trump couldn't manage.

I'm hoping for some delicious irony in that the FBI announces an investigation into the President Elect for his negligence and refusal to act on critical information, weeks before the election. Need to see Comey watching over us from the rafters.

The Woodward tape brings up an interesting argument. What are you guys' thoughts on sitting on the recording for months for his book instead of disclosing it in the Washington Post earlier? There seems to be a lot of debate on Woodward's actions.

Personally I don't really object to it, though I can understand the opposing argument. Woodward's last interview with Trump took place on June 21 if I recall correctly so disclosing the tape earlier would've prevented further information gathering. The information is out now and closer to the election, where it will stay in people's minds for longer. At the end of the day, the tape simply confirms what anyone with a functioning brain should've figured out immediately when Trump told his lies at the time.
