As I’ve maintained, him getting COVID doesn’t erase any of those things from happening and those aren’t even the low points of his presidency. Him being outed as a tax evader and racist was “news” in the sense that there was new evidence but we already knew that. The continuation of him running with those stories wasn’t going to damage his chances. The MAGAs and Delks of the world were still going to MAGA and Delk.
He seems to be going the “downplay the virus” route now which I don’t think is a sufficient reason to fake having COVID because just like his previous transgressions, it doesn’t resurrect the 210K dead or eliminate the threat and future deaths. The ONLY real benefit I see would be him peddling these experimental drugs as cures prior to the election but even that would be a significant leap of faith on his part.
That’s all without mentioning all the people who would have to complicit in this coverup and continuing the charade. I

To celebrate Bin Laden's assassination validates killing as a form of "justice", as is congruous with the right's lionization of Kyle Rittenhouse and general appetite for the summary execution of a dehumanized "other."
Laughing at Trump is analogous to "Fools Wildin Thinking They Doing It" or, for the previous generation, every single episode of "America's Funniest Home Videos."

Selling out your integrity and Hippocratic Oath is kind of a big deal in the med community. Given what the professionals/scientists know about COVID, this is all wrong and he's straight up lying for the WH.
