Wouldn’t have been my first choice for the name. I tried to rationalize it with the idea that Obamacare has a Platinum Health plan so the term is also used to designate a higher degree of something.

I just mentioned a few things, there was record unemployment and work on opportunity zones advanced by this administration as well.

There was also another proposal advanced at the end—The Platinum plan.

So short answer, no. It wasn’t just limited to an HBCUs and people who have been accused of crimes.

That said there is an issue as it relates to criminal justice reform and the disproportionate impact it has on black people. So your attempt to handwave the significance of it is silly.

Black unemployment fell every quarter under Barack and the rate of decrease actually slowed under Trump.

Opportunity zones have pretty much been proven ineffective at having any real impact. They hafe effectively been a cash grab by developers.

There’s really no argument here. I supported Obama in 2008 and 2012 and I am not arguing that those things didn’t start under him.

I mentioned the things done under the Trump administration because a poster asked about what was done in the past four years.

And yes, I have discussed this with multiple people in this thread.
