As I said the entire time, I thought Trump had the best chances of getting meaningful legislation past an otherwise obstructive GOP senate.

Assuming he loses and Biden wins, then
Dems flipping the senate will be the next path to accomplish this.

I didn’t think the Dems would flip the senate, and it isn’t looking like they will. So this is plan B. But the goal is the same.
