People need to stop posting that video. It was wild speculation at the time, using the worst case scenario: one state to potentially swing it all, and neither candidate getting 270. At this point, at least three states (and, likely, a fourth) would have to miraculously flip in order to change the outcome. It's not happening.

Actually, it is likely to happen.
Biden will not reach 270 Electoral Votes with PA and one other state (Georgia or Michigan) not being able to certify their electors due to voting irregularities.
The Republicans also hold the advantage with SCOTUS and the judges from SCOTUS overseeing the circuit court of appeals in the districts of WI, MI, GA, and PA.

It's one thing to prance around in front of cameras with binders of alleged testimonies and assert that voting irregularities took place. It's another thing to go to court, where one can't avoid the punishment for lying under oath, and present the same binders. So far, Trump's lawyers have failed to prove to the judges that there have been "irregularities," so the only play they have is to try and squeeze Trump through on technicalities.
If they do that, there won't be a country left to govern. The monied interests the GOP serves will not like the instability the party wants to usher in order to get their Christian theocracy.

What Twitter andfacebook Have started doing by labeling stuff as misinformation and such is one such step. However that doesn’t stop the radio and TV. Free speech is a staple of a democratic society. But massive fines should be forced on media companies that spew false claims.
MSNBC sometimes spews BS too, just not at the rate that fox and such do. But overall, we need to hold the news media companies accountable for what they do.

Lil problem in this theory
Biden stands at 306 electoral college votes. If PA (20 electoral college votes) and either, MI or GA (both 16 electoral college votes) don't get certified, Biden would still be at 270.
Sooooo, even if the rest of your theory was possible at this point (does seem likely), it kinda falls apart at the basic math part

You also have faithless electors that could switch sides and the laws regarding this vary from state to state.
The state legislatures determine which electors will be sent in January to vote.
Not saying it will happen, but COULD happen.

Famb, before the election or right afterward this theory probably was something people should have taken more seriously, but it is looking less likely by the day.
Now you attach maps where New Mexico flips to Trump now, New Mexico. So the liberal stronghold with Democratic legislators is gonna flip to red too.

When there is more evidence of something possibly happening, people will pay attention, everyone has already discussed in detailed the undemocratic ways Trump could have possibly stayed president. But this are not looking that way at this point in time.
