I requested an absentee ballot near the end of November and it was never sent to me. I asked that it be sent to my address where I've moved back to my hometown from Atlanta. I'm now in Houston County. I just came back around Thanksgiving. If I'm registered in Atlanta, do I have to drive up there to vote at this point?
