Played the intro to online, it was pretty cool. I dunno but just like GTAO I'm never really satisfied with the character I create and I'm not sure if going back would fix that, we'll see.

The story to the online is extremely intriguing like can you beat the story in online? What would've been dope is if this was a single player DLC with the story and new characters and creating your own character to exist in that world.

one thing thats a turn off is the cost of things is crazy astronomical. I don't mind working for my stuff but damn, they charging $1 maintenance fee for the camp daily, the horse care package is $7.50. guns are crazy expensive. you also can't pet your horse as you ride to build that bond

Its a beta and I'm gonna def leave feedback. gonna be back on in a couple of hours or so.

didnt someone mention you able to loot alot more money off dead bodies online though?
It doesn't make up for the fact that guns are now $200-300 more though. I'd get it if it was straight up cost, but you have to be a certain level also to get certain guns. Whats funny is that the prices I'm seeing online is what I expected things to cost in the single player and it took me awhile to grasp the idea that it wasn't gonna be like that. in Single player you'll never be strapped for cash. Online, now I have to wrap my mind around the idea that I could be struggling, but its an adjustment period, and as soon as I hit my stride, and do things I did in single player like hunting and fishing and stranger missions on top of the multiplayer activities I should get going and have a steady stream for myself.

I infiltrated a gang hideout and the highest i looted off the dead bodies was 60 cents, not bad. I only played the intro mission though, so I'm sure once I get my bearings and play the games, I'll have fun. The game types they have look fun as hell and delivering the mail or escorting a wagon look like they're gonna be crazy since other players can stop you or steal your loot.

early complaints that I'm sure will change once I get on and play for an extended amount of time

Slightly off topic, how far did gta online get with dlc etc? I stopped playing right at the xbox1 switchover. Heists were just getting going. Mainly it was racing. Free roam melees only lasted so long.

With rdr1, we mainly did gang hideout/fort raids. Think I I got to 100lvl on both relatively easy. I ask because I have yet to buy xbl. Wondering about the longevity of RDR2 online.

Really wish this game had face scan like 2k. Also no in game character speaking is disappointing. I look forward to playing though on a month when I get back to my ps4

GTA is still releasing DLC for online. Since the heists, they've CEO dlc, biker gang dlc, nightclub dlc, gunrunning dlc and smuggler dlc. The nightclub dlc is the latest and it came out a few months ago

GTA:O got crazy as hell. They got flying bikes and Deloreans now too. Plus a million dollars aint much money anymore

Ps4 players: go to the stables (or the in game catalogue) and pick up your free Chestnut Arabian. You won't be able to store it though unless you sell the horse you have or buy another stable spot. Also buy a saddle and equip it on the horse and make it your primary horse, otherwise it won't come to you when you whistle.
You can also get the "High Roller" double action revolver for free from the fence.

Logged on and played online for about 4hrs and I was impressed overall. Character creation was pretty detailed, I just wish they had more hairstyles for black folks doe :smh:

Boys outchea already clicked up in posse's. They robbed ya boy for his stagecoach with no remorse. Streets ain't safe for young Slim Eastwood

just finished a nice session online
really great and fun.
- I got an assassination mission to kill this random player in free roam, he was holed up in Emerald Ranch with his homie. I got them both:pimp:
only made $2 off of it though:rofl:
- Did some team death match missions that were coo, wasn't has bad as I thought I'd be, i mean I still suck, but I got some kills. The one where you get more points for creative kills is pretty fun, I expect them to nerf the hatchet
- I tried delivering this wagon but got shot down 2 times before it just quit on me. I went back to the guy to see if I could try again and he gave me another mission.
-Was trying to get into the horse racing lobby but damn, no dice, tried 5 times and it kept asking me to spectate.

- Went into the Posse lobby and immediately got swooped up by 3 other players and we did a series of missions together for the US Marshall. it was pretty dope being mic'd up and plotting how to attack each group of people.
Silently killing, one taking one on the right and the other taking the other on the left:pimp::pimp::pimp:
We also crept up on a camp and lined up our headshots, posse leader counted down and POP:pimp:
-Then we were pretty low on ammo and supplies so we rode into valentine, went to the gunsmith and general store. Rival gang rolled in and I shot down their leader, who came back 3 times and got killed 3 more times. Dude was finally like "I'm making this ish official, ya'll trying to be a posse?" sucks because it cost $200 to do that, so dude was pretty broke. We rode back to camp trying to figure out a ledger system or a way to share goods but couldn't. Dude who's the leader said "We always keep our flag down, because we ALWAYS want the smoke."

In terms of bad players, once I logged on, and was walking around blackwater a player came out of nowhere and choked me out. Another player pretty much rammed his horse into me knocking us both off and he popped me in the head, no biggie and I don't really get mad. It's a little more balance in a sense that no jets or tanks are gonna roll through

made about $150, and after buying more ammo, supplies came out with $89
not bad

How the hell I get this lipstick off my outlaw online? He was fine until I loaded up the first mission

Got my copy in today but won’t get to play it until sometime next week but looking like it’ll be fun

Mannn, how much tolerance is one going to have when it starts coming down to people being dumb as always. Rockstar gotta get different servers going for the adults.

I can only imagine the amount of griefing that will happen once the servers are open to everybody. Seems like there's not that many places to hide if you come across those people that just want to kill everything moving.

Got into the horse racing last night, i guess the key is......spectating
They got the straightforward to the finish line stuff but the one that's really fun is racing over these campfires spread over a map. There's like 16 of them and you can do them in any order, the first one to finish wins.

It gets crazy because there's melee and gun combat, but when you get dynamite
better watch out!

I went to rejoin my posse last night and it put me where they were, but 2 of the members weren't at their controllers and looks like they just got done slaughtering a bunch of NPCs at their camp.
The thing that sucks and makes sense at the same time is only your posse leader can accept missions, so I just bounced into the horse racing
