I'm pretty sure the kobes, lebrons, and durants released the day after Christmas(which i think was a too close to Christmas for people to recover and buy them). Its not that big of a problem, just think people would need time to recover.

Still on the fence with these. The 8s didn't really appeal to me in pics when they first came out either, but seeing them in person and trying them on definitely convinced me otherwise. Not sure if the 9s will do the same for me though, but there might be some nice colorways that'll make me reconsider.
