I feel you on that last part. But prime Eli Manning was the Giants qb for 16 seasons. Won playoff games in 2 of them. Guarantee even with rings any fanbase would’ve got annoyed with Eli. And I’m acknowledging he stepped up when it counted.

But Brees and Rodgers 30 plus seasons between them and two total Super Bowls. We gotta acknowledge that when people place this high pedestal on the qb need. Don’t get me started on Peyton Manning not performing in big games. A good team goes beyond the guy under center.
