It's been noted about Arian Foster went vegan and he was never the same after as he became just an injury-prone RB
Not saying it's a 100% correlation but I do recall seeing some articles about Texans coaching blaming the switch to being vegan being a part of his downfall.

With Ramsey retired I'm pretty sure the 49ers actually have two open spots on their 90 man roster at the moment. I don't think it will take too long for the league to reinstate A.D considering he took a year off to heal his body and mind, he didn't have to apply for reinstatement for violation policies like Josh Gordon.

although he's 3 years from his breakout season, I wonder if Nick Foles could rekindle those 2013 days with Chip.
I think we can all expect the Oline to be a lot better this season. It was that ridiculous line of boone, staley, iupati, and davis in which Kap flourished. Some new names up front but I'm sure it'll be a helluva lot better than Devey and Jonathan Martin

w/ trent brown as swing tackle, rooks as tackle depth and brandon thomas/MM inside depth
already better tenfold than last season, but it's going to take some time, especially the right side, for them to gel. AD hasn't played in a pure zone scheme since his days at rutgers, and garnett only did it sparingly at stanford. i think staley, beadles and kilgore will be in sync from the jump. all three are tailored for zone runs.

lol chris clemons from the seahawks just announced he's retiring. dude completely owned AD. his speed rush gave him all kinds of problems. i bet AD is glad to see him go.
