$oklo, $smr, $nne...very early, heavily shorted, nice swings
$ceg, $tln, $vst..more established
2024: Oklo is expected to file its first combined license application with the NRC. Oklo also signed a $25 million deal with Equinix for data center power.
2027: Oklo aims to commission its first commercial-scale Aurora reactor at Idaho National Laboratory. This would make it the first advanced nuclear reactor completed in the U.S.
Early 2030s: Oklo plans to build a commercial-scale fuel recycling facility in the U.S

Once nvda dropped to like $98 in August, I was all in. Threw all that I had and sold some other stocks and loaded up.

Thinking of selling some off and buy back once it drops back to the 130s. I think it goes up to 150 before it drops. Who knows, just enjoying the ride

Had a good month. Goog (45 contracts) and Amzn (20 contracts) calls printed last week. Also closed out most of my equity positions to realize profits. I'm heavy cash now in anticipation of turbulent markets post election.

I got some around 105 and 113, regret not going heavy when it dipped under $100

Justice department started going after Googl during the Trump presidency, which is to say that justice dept. Vs Googl was initially motivated by politics.

If Harris wins, I expect Googl to rocket. They'll likely have to pay a hefty fine and/or level the playing field a bit in search, but i doubt they will be broken up; and right now, the fear of Googl being broken up is really what's keeping the stock on a leash and what's made googl the the most affordable of the Mag7.

If Harris wins, I will load up on calls.

What are some of your favorite ETFs for exposure to Mag7, small cap, dividends, and REITs (preferably specializing in data centers) and allocations? Starting a side portfolio of 4-5 ETFs/REITs with a 15-year horizon.

Funny enough I was looking into this ETF yesterday. I don't buy a lot of index exposure outside of the 401k though:

I personally am out on small cap. You haven't been paid for being in it for so long, I feel the same way about international. Large Cap Growth until it loses.

Unsure about the REIT, but I like the idea in theory.

Saw this on the train

I’m looking into QQQ (Mag7), VNQ (REITs and has DLR and EQIX in its top 10 holdings), AVUV (small cap), and SCHD (consistent dividends).
