No reason to think this helps Italy more than Paraguay. Slovakia could spring a surprise, but odds are that Italy and Paraguay will handle both Slovakia and New Zealand. I wouldn't be shocked if Paraguay outscores Italy and finishes first, though they missed a huge opportunity to take the group in the opener.
