i believe i could have a newer version. I just recently bought a 360 last tuesday adn found you have a good chance of getting a new version when theyre made by the team FDOU and have a lot number with 0734 or higher. Mine is made by the Team FDOU and has a lot number of 0740 and i remember going to my neighbors to play his ( he got his last july) and he was like dam feel how hot this thing is already in the back and it was pretty dam hot for a console so ive been recently seeing how mine was and it was no where near as hot as his. Ive only had mine for a week but thats what ive observed even tho i dont know for sure i have one, i think its very much possible

Is COD4 out on monday or tuesday? I thought i was reading the 5th somewhere? but since when do games release on mondays and not tuesdays..?

We've just been informed that everyone's favorite space rock shooter Asteroids will be making its way to the Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday, November 28th. For 400 Microsoft points (and available to all Xbox Live regions) gamers will not only be treated to old-school Asteroids fun with re-worked HD graphics and purple backgrounds, but will also get to enjoy Asteroids Deluxe at no additional cost. That's two similar games for the price of 400, which we must say isn't all that bad. This Wednesday asteroids will fall, space will be conquered and purple galaxies will remain ... purple.
 
If this free download comes when my 360 is out for repair I'm going to be pissed, and if this free download is a crappy game.

it gets pretty boring to me after a while. the only time i play is when my brother nags me to play with him...which has been pretty often lately. thatswhats good about the 360. you dont gotta be stuck playing one game because the game library ##+%$%+ sucks...

-DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

With Rock Band set for release next Tuesday, Harmonix today finally took the wraps off its downloadable content model today. The studio has apparently heard complaints regarding the mandatory three-song bundles and $6.25 price point adopted by the Guitar Hero franchise's downloadable content, and is giving gamers a bit of a break.

Rock Band will still feature pre-selected three-song packs for download, but they will instead cost $5.49 (440 Microsoft points on Xbox 360). Songs will also be available individually for $1.99. Harmonix has said future songs will be sold individually for as little as $.99 (80 Microsoft points), and as much as $2.99 (240 points). However, "the vast majority" will come in at the standard $1.99 price point. The developer did not say how much full-album downloads would be, or when the first albums would be released.

I just got home for the holidays. Does anybody know what's the slowest speed that I can play on Xbox Live without lag. I'm trying to play some Halo 3over the holidays.

I did an internet speed test and I got 1324 kb/s over a wireless connection (if that helps). I'll be wired when I play on Live though.
