I’d go Pulp v Casino, but I suspect a lot would go Pulp v Goodfellas, and I wouldn’t be mad at that.

We all know Pulp is winning, or at worst in the Final, but it's been pretty fun going thru the matchups in my head. I've spent way too much time lookin at it. :lol:

I just went to the first page, it's all the messed up coded stuff from like 3 platforms ago where every post is duplicated and what not, no one is asking about the drafts. Screen shot it or something fam, you're confusing me. :lol:

Shawshank Redemption is Kansas of the bracket, winning the first match up easily and losing in the 2nd round to White Men Can’t Jump

Pulp Fiction vs T2 is a tough sweet sixteen matchup

Titanic is Duke, an overrated 1 seed with the easiest path but f that movie, not beating A Bronx Tale or Boogie Nights

Thought. Great job including every genre. Cruel intentions is criminally underrated, not on your bracket, just in general. Most people wouldn't have put it up there but I think it belongs. Only gripe I have with the whole list is there are no foreign films. Trainspotting deserves to be on there at the very least. Fun tournament though. I'll fill out my bracket using your teams later.
 
I'm not sure what's going on with me but I'm currently watching the new Blade Runner and god, **** is super slow and boring. 1:19 minutes in and I keep looking at how much time is left. ****. Even if it turns around the first half made a few people in my household go to sleep ...

***completed the movie and I was highly dissapointed. Not even 3D helped me enjoy it.

Who liked the movie and why?

Meh, to a Light Between Oceans unless you're in to a ****** up story about a crazy lady that keeps a baby instead of giving it back to the mother and then dragging down her husband until he takes the fall for it.

i completely enjoyed it. probably most can agree that visually, it’s amazing. acting was good enough but the movie itself was immersive and emotional for me. was it a slow burn? definitely, and i can see why some think it’s boring. it was easily in my top 5 favorites of last year.
 
The draft I typed up must've never been posted and got erased.

I meant to say while I like Goodfellas I don't think its that great. I'm taking Casino and Godfather over it.

Plus since it seems like some random tourney I didn't take it that seriously.

Cosign on the movies not even a part of it.

Also no ******* way, Heat of all movies beats Pulp Fiction.

First time I watched it I dozed off and missed maybe 20-30min in the middle.

I dunno if it was cuz I didn't get much sleep and caught a relatively early showing or if it was just that slow of a pace.

Its weird cuz they really tried to mirror the noir detective pace of the OG but I wasn't as engaged the first time.

Caught it a second time and it was fine but I still noticed it was rather long. Good ambitious film though. Okay story, great visuals. Not better than the OG.
