Has anybody seen The Hunt movie that came out in 2020? Any feedback on that film? Doing a movie night at the GF’s parents and that suggestion came up.
Other options of ones I haven’t seen are OLD, Moonfall, and The Kings Man.

I saw it. It's pretty crazy. If her parents are chill you're ok, but it can be a lil gruesome.
The Kings Man prolly a safer watch (for parents) but if they aren't uptight and realize it's just a movie, The Hunt might spark some discussion.

I gave this film a 1/5 when i first watched it. It was my first coen bros movie, so I didn’t get “it.”
I copped it recently to give it a second chance. Since i like various CB films: fargo, BAR, No Country, buster scruggs.

Sometimes I get so lost in good stories that I can forget how masterful cinematography can be. The most mundane simple shots can be made to look like works of art and bring out so many more emotions, further enhancing the viewing experience.
Which brings me to another point: Step outside of your wheelhouse sometimes and appreciate a genre you’re not usually into. The cinematography might blow your mind in ways you didn’t expect. I’m talking to all you LOTR and Star Wars dodgers
BCS is some of the best cinematography I’ve ever seen - they obsess over it and it shows. Their podcast is interesting about the techniques they use.
They also have some super expensive new digital camera that can shoot in a coal mine and it really shows off the desert scenery.

Hilarious. Tastefully absurd. Enjoyed how meta it was. Cage overplayed himself without overplaying himself, if that makes any sense. Loved all the movie references. Not mad at the reviews at all. Solid movie.

At the end when his wife was all of a sudden Demi Moore and his daughter was someone else. I thought they switched the characters just to be goofy for a sec.
