Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

The first day of the 21st Century is January 1, 2001
How technical do you really want to get? 👀😬

The day you are born is the first day of year 1 of your life. Year 1 begins on that day. The 1st day of the new century was January 1, 2000. 👀

On your 1st bday, you haven't BEGUN year 1; you have completed year 1, and have now begun year 2.

Lighthouse 4K came in. Thing is the size of a book  took some shots for y’all

I always thought a new century included 1800-1899, 1900-1999, because if you include that 1800/1900 year in both, then both of those are 100 years. But today I looked up what he said and technically he is right even though that seems way wrong.

Well then we have 2 different numbering systems.
🤣 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

MajinZuub MajinZuub Those pics you post are appreciated. Even if I haven't seen some of the films

Which makes me wonder...what happens/happened to the extra features that are featured on DVD, Blu-Ray, etc? Are they available digitally, or will they end up lost to time if a disc isn't purchased?

If the latter is the case, I may have to stock up

Digital versions usually come with commentary and stuff but nothing beats physical the liner notes you can only get with those

Just watched a 26-minute behind the scenes on Defiance (2007) on DVD, from a free DVD I got at Hollywood Video when the stores closed. They just don’t make ‘em like this anymore more (with special features)!!!!

Obviously there’s a lot of things about Ana that make her the Smoke Show she is, but there’s something about her facial expressions especially that get me.

I started my Blu-Ray search today with one of my GOATs, Rosemary's Baby. Apparently most/all of the extras are on YouTube, so this is one situation where I can save my money.

But do I want to cop an external HD or extra cloud space to archive all of this stuff... :nerd:

Now when you say “he”, who are you referring to?

Somebody with no clue probably thinks we’re referring to some logging truck accident that happened for real in the 90s
