Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

Anyone notice no one fights in here anymore since someone's been gone :nerd:

And there's a movie we don't talk about as much since I don't have someone enabling or encouraging me lol

Currently, first time:

On Prime.
From the movie poster I thought that was Owen Wilson in the middle, but no Academy Award winner Mark Rylance.

I always enjoy these kind of Docs.
The cult buildings are just insanely gripping.
Watching that NXIVM joint and then The La Luz del Mundo, seeing The Branch Dividians and even the little circle Charles Manson built it’s just so mind blowing the types of Higher Ups and relatively normal people/celebrities they get involved.
The one Tom Cruise is in, Scientology has to be one of the richest most powerful no?

Yea I’m about to watch this whole thing right now.

******* Twin Flame? Y’all ever hear of this Harmonius Union? Well, let’s dive in….

Not counting the auteur movies like Glass Onion and Irishman, I enjoyed the first Extraction and Always Be My Maybe the most of the Netflix originals.

OMG “how are people so stupid?”…..
I’ve learned NOT to say this when it comes to cults,
I don’t rant to look up and find out I’ve been in one for sometime and didn’t know it. They trap some well educated super high up individuals, I’m not safe……but holy F’ing **** this TWIN FLAMES **** might be the biggest joke out of any I’ve ever seen.
What knuckleheads man…somebody else has to watch this ****

RdJ is good for maybe a few flashbacks, but he's old.
Rejoin Guy Ritchie/jude law for a few last Sherlock Holmes.
Moriarty villain with the slo-mo punches was too good.

I think I’ll be able to watch The Killer on my Netflix app tomorrow/Friday, so it appears. Will have to watch the great apparent action scenes on an iPhone X.

So I finished LOST with my son last night, 3rd time for me.
That's *profanity* great.
Changing my top 5. I had LOST tied with The Sopranos, The Wire, and GoT as 2-5.
I now have it solidly above all of them as a fixed #2.

#1. Breaking Bad
#2. LOST
#3-5. Sopranos, Wire, GoT, in no particular order.

What was your previous favorite? And 2-5?
off the top of my head die hard, lethal weapon, and a christmas story in some order

little women (the gerwig one) and Iron Man 3 (lmao, I know) are up there for me

the holdovers was incredible, definitely go see it if you can

So The Holdovers is a top movie choice for people who love non-traditional xmas movies. Got it.
