Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

The new hunger games movie was pretty good. Wonder if people hating rachel zegler will show any effect on the box office. I still haven’t cared enough to look at what she said to make people so mad, don’t care about her opinions on anything.
it was solid for what it was. probably could've split it into two films, but hard to predict the box office numbers. just felt a bit rushed in the third act even with the 2.5 hrs total run time.

Don’t people hate her for what she said about Snow White or whatever? Which got overblown.

i didn't even realize it was on netflix.

i've been trying to commit to stop waiting for awards screeners and see everything in a theater.
a movie like this I think def benefits from an in theater viewing.

forces you to lock in and it makes the jokes funnier.

if you can see it in a theater, id recommend it.

I'm still quoting Anchorman,Talladega Nights, and Tropic Thunder.

When you say alright

Like everyone is

Is it worth seeing or no (in theaters, or separately streaming)

Finishing up my Sopranos rewatch.
This Vito angle is so trash.
AJ trash.
Kevin Finnerty at the beginning of the season, big traaash.
Throw the whole season away.
Struggling through finishing this. Feels like the writers did, too.

If you liked any of the original HG films I would go see it in theater (after all don’t think we gonna get a new one anytime soon)

I liked what I saw in IMAX. The battle royale portion is solid, I think Catching Fire might’ve been a little better but this is 2nd for me in the film series.

Definitely better than any MCU related thing I saw this year save for GOTG3.
