Emotional intelligence is becoming more and more important, and this movie centers around helping kiddos with difficult emotions, specifically sadness.
Now Inside Out 2 throws anxiety into the fray? I had no doubt it would do numbers.

Yeah not surprised Inside Out 2 is a hit. Part 1 was a huge hit for all demos and people have been wanting a sequel for almost 10 years. Part 3 pretty much guaranteed to be made. Probably the college years next

Yea it's looking like their biggest movie in years, it's tracking for at least a $640-690M domestic run
Just hope that doesn't kickstart a trend of them only doing sequels in the future
