Both first ballot. They're both 800 threes ahead of 3rd on the all time list, who doesnt have much time left. (Kidd) Reggie was on of the clutch-est mothers of all time. And Ray has a title, maybe another coming.

I think for all these threads, there's a difference between "SHOULD he be in the HOF" and "WILL he be in the HOF".

So although Ray and Reggie should be in the HoF, whether they will in fact be inducted is in question because, to put it simply, the Basketball HoF is a joke and unless you're truly elite, you're not guaranteed anything.

If they were college coaches, however, they'd be guaranteed.
