I've already told him that I would send his shoes to the correct owner when I receive them. It is plain horrible customer service to hold merchandise your customer has paid for because you have made a mistake. I'm waiting to see if or when he is going to compensate me for this mistake before ruining his feedback if he is indeed holding my shoes. I have yet to receive the second tracking number. If he did not want to assume any "risk" he should have sent the correct shoes initially.


Come on b, you're sort of whining now. You need to man up a little, we can't help you and I doubt many are sympathetic, use a blog to vent or something. I understand you want what you paid for, and he messed up, blah blah. Stuff happens. This isn't NDC, you aren't getting a gift card or a free pair of sneakers if you complain enough.

Not sure where you're from, but nobody would would do that. This isn't some sort of honor code where he trust you, because you said you would do it. Most people would keep both pair.

And come on dude, he made a mistake. I already had the attitude when it comes to buying stuff online, you shouldn't buy anything that you aren't willing to take a complete loss on. You're already getting them months early, a week or two isn't that big of a deal. And please don't come back crying about gas and time spent, it's the life you chose when you started getting in to sneakers.
 
Make no mistake, I am sharing my experience to let potential buyers know that it may not be as simple as purchasing your shoes and receiving them in seven days. I appreciate your helpful input Magic1978.

i understand where your comming from, i'd be frustrated too if i were in your position but you gotta be realistic for a second,  why would he mail out the foams when you still have the the ix's?  you could easily keep both pairs then he's screwed. i do feel that he should compensate you for his mistake though and cover whatever costs you need to pay for shipping the ix's back to him and he should give you a discount off what you paid for the foams for the inconvience. seriously though he should work something out for you because he did make a mistake but it's unrealistic to expect him to ship the foams while you still have the ix's.
 
Yea, I looked at the situation from his point of view as well and realize it was a mistake and thats why I am not too frustrated. I also realize there are people out there that would keep the two pairs. I haven't received the 9's yet. What does have me a little frustrated is that he sent me an email basically expecting me to send the 9's to the correct buyer (not back to him) and offered no compensation for doing so or for the additional week it will take to receive what I payed for.

i'd be pissed about that as well. i would just ship them back to him and let him ship the ix's to the person who's supposed to get it because if something were to go wrong when shipping the ix's to the other person then you'd be screwed. i'm not one to suggest filing a claim with paypal unless there's no other resort to fix things but if he's expecting you to cover shipping shoes to someone else on a mistake he made and isn't trying to work something out with you then honestly i wouldn't blame you.   simple solution to this is,  you mail the ix's back to him and let him ship them to whoever their for.  whatever it cost him to ship the shoes to you he should paypal that amount to you for mailing the shoes back to him,  when he gets the shoes he should mail your foams out with the quickest possible method and he should take some $ off your purchase.  he's the one that made the mistake and i would be frustrated with his lack of effort to fix it.  mistakes happen and that's understandable but it's how the seller resolves them that says alot about the seller.

Yeah he will send you it to you dont worry he's legit i bought 2 pairs 1 from him and 1 from sneakerzp2008 seller on ebay i will get that one from him today he refunded my shipping since it took him awhile to ship it out since i payed for first pair 10 days ago so that pair was only 49.00 shipped cant beat that and 2nd pair was 275.00 shipped since i had bought from him before and i used bing again on that pair

i had to remove a couple glue stains on the foam upper but that was real easy. i would post pics but i dont have pb or whatever pic program you have to have to post pics on nt. the sole is very icey. same tint as the 2010 eggplants. i am very pleased with my purchase and i like them better than the coppers or eggplants. the grooves are very defined, alot more defined than the 2010 eggplants. i will def cop another pair when they drop. i rocked them to the mall as soon as they were delivered.

I can't stand Photobucket. So many times when people use it to upload I can't see any of their pictures. I get the little Photobucket squares that say, "Photo was removed," "Photo not available," "Bandwith limit exceeded. Upgrade to Pro," or whatever they say.

TinyPic or Image Shack. Both are insanely easy to use.

It was before if you look at his auction someone asked him about it and he accept it for 275.00 shipped before any bing look at the bottom of auction with bing its 253 shipped he will set up private auction for you. He is the seller i got my first pair from. So nobody has showed his pairs in pictures yet i will receive them from him today and i will post pics and i should get air randy's pair later this week for the homie

^thanks for posting my pics. i had to go up to the post office yesterday to get mine cause it was already 5:00 pm and the mailman hadnt showed yet. i had the manager call the guy with my shoes and he met me at my house. im glad the soles on the 2010 pearls wont yellow quickly caue im going to be rockin the hell out of them. when i go pick up the bin ix's on saturday im going to wear them to show my connect what the 2010 pearls look like. cant wait for the royal foam ones.
