Never even seen a Dragonite

I went from seeing two Dragonites in the first month by my house (one of which dashed) to catching three in the last four days. That guy is random.

Word. Never even came close to a Dragonite yet. Closest I've come is a trash Dragonair with garbage IVs. Took mad Great/Ultra Balls to catch and aim gonna end up trading it in for candy

Maaannnn caught a few dozen Psyduck the other day and none have IVs over 60%. This game hates me.

I have like 200+ psyduck candy not to mention find them 600CP-700CP on the regular and their IV are always trash.

I've seen a single Dratini (and caught him).

Level 17- Caught 66, Seen 68 (Pikachu and Tentacool are the two that got away)

Strangely enough, I've only encountered one Abra, but Sunday I found (and caught) a weak Alakazam. Weird.

Latest update adds a new "Appraise" option in the Favorite/Transfer menu.

The only thing the appraisal is good for in conjunction with pokeassistant iv checker is to know the exact IVs of mym ons

Does it do anything at all? Tells you "powerful Pokemon" when it's higher than 1k CP, and tells you it's a big one if it says XL next to its name. Anything else or am I missing something?
