if you live in a big city like san francisco, its entirely possible.

i stopped playing in august and had 6 dragonites, 3 lapras, and 4 snorlaxes just by using pokevision.

live in the bay and play a ton in SF.
I'm just saying it's ridic for me to believe someone having that abundant amount of super rare ones.
dude has literally 8 or more of everything? ok.

friends and other NTers who also live around SF, ain't seeing that kind of love.

Developers are super morons. They need to sell the app to someone else ASAP while they can get max value. A year from now, this game will be worthless

sorry, but i have a hard time believing you caught all those rare ones just by 'playing every day'
you dont just go and grab over 8+ dragonites, lapras, snorlax, etc by playing everyday.

Dragonites and Snorlax yes, Lapras no.


Dratinis use to be all over embarcadero, and all you had to do was walk up and down. I have 5 Snorlaxes and played a decent amount.



But have yet to encounter a Lapras, but NothingToLose's douchebag decided to DM me on IG and screenshot the two Lapras he was going to catch.

Nah, I agree. I live in and completed 142 in SF. I have managed about 8 Dragonite and Snorlax from spawns in the Sunset since release, but even if we forget those.. you just don't see folks with all three regional exclusives unless they used bots, short of maybe the diehards lol.

Ah well, really means nothing either way. Props to the guy if legit, just reeks of bot.

Dont play much anymore since the recent change in pokestops. Mostly collect items while driving. But since then have ran out of poke balls or have less than 50.

If they release Gen 2 before I complete my 142 I will likely stop playing. My Horsea spawn on my campus turned to Seel. Now I only need to get Porygon, Dragonite and Clefable....


Just not nearly as familiar with Gen 2 and I need to stop playing anyways. It has been a fun ride, but if I complete the 142 before December 7 it will have been a hell of a ride.

Regional exclusives and legendaries that don't have spawn points. And to my knowledge Ditto still hasn't been found.

I'm fine with the next batch, but christ give us the 7  that's not available 1st. Make spawn even more prevalent then they already had

Some Gen 1 mons have got to be included with the Gen 2 set, too. Think about the mons that were added onto existing Gen 1 evolution families in Gen 2, like Crobat and Kingdra. It would make no sense to not have ANY low level/non-evolved versions available to collect to get to those final evolutions. At least I'm hoping that's how they do it. But Niantic has made some head-scratching decisions in the past, so we'll see... Any Gen 1 mons without Gen 2 evolutions will likely be left out, or very rare, though.

At least with the Buddy system, if you have at least one mon you can eventually fully evolve that family, though it takes a long time. The problem is when an entire family is absent from your area. For example, I've never seen a Growlithe
