50+ level catches already and no ditto. Getting pissed too because its wasting my pokeballs and for some reason a crap ton of pidgeys are now running...SMH

I noticed the updated tracker last night, but had no idea that Ditto was available. I thought I'd noticed an increase in Pidgeys and Rattatas, but had been ignoring them like usual... 

 Makes me want to leave work and go find a Ditto

It's already the 23rd for part of the world. The question is what time zone Niantic uses as reference for when Go event days start/end.
