\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

Wife and I bought a Mazda CX-5 this weekend.

Now just got to sell my VW Rabbit and we're set.

I've actually seen a few Supras these last couple of weeks. Two looked stock and pristine driven by middle aged dudes, and the owner of my office building has a modded black one, apparently. I always thought he was mostly into American cars. I used to see him and his buddies in Shelby's,Ford GT'S and with a group of Corvettes. Lately I've mostly been seeing him in the GTR...although a few weeks ago he was doing donuts in a newer Viper.

Coilovers, rear LCAs and toe arms have officially been dropped off along with my car. Road force mounting and balancing my wheels this Thursday or Friday :smokin

I've had my car for just over a year and this is what my brake fluid looks like. Bought the car brand spankin new also :{

What kind of car is that, you do a lot of spirited driving?

V6 accord coupe and not really. Mainly city driving for the most part.

Probably poor quality fluid. Flush it and fill it with reputable, high quality liquid.

Yea I'm going to flush it and fill it with honda brake fluid next week.

Won't that be the same fluid that was in the car?

Get some Amsoil DOT3 or Motul

Yes but I read on the accord forum that it's due to exposure with moisture sometime during storage or at the assembly line. I think once I get new honda fluid in there I should be fine for 2 years or so. I'll look into amsoil though.

Focus RS's are actually selling for $5k over msrp?!? I was thinking about getting one, ever since I saw a blacked out one the other day. Im gonna hunt around somemore...

If you're flushing it you might as well put good fluid in there. Amsoil and Motul do have impressively high boiling points but that is just one of the benefits of the fluid. It's good to go for the track(of course) or street, very beneficial in the street.

I would wait to see what the depreciation is going to be like. There are weak points in the car, and as it being the first year they came out I would wait at least another year for them to work some of those things out if they even can at this point.

People paying 40+ grand for a Ford Focus? :x
Thats what I was thinking, I could get a 5.0 for that...

Oh yea, im definatly waiting. I was just checking them out, and that sticker was posted on my FB group. Like I said above Id rather get a 5.0, or something else at that price point...

test drove a 2017 wrx this past weekend and i just simply fell in love.

I have an outback now, 2016 (just got it last year) and i put stupid mileage on it (45k) and according to KBB its worth 20k and the wrx is about lets say 32k.

Trading the outback in for the wrx. i will owe more money right? :(
