\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

Well I am going to pick this up on Thursday for my wife. I wish I could say we bought it but we have to return it by Sunday . It’s a test drive and we are not allowed to put more than 100mi on it. Back story is my wife has a Tuned Q8 but wants more power and would like to get back into a car but still needs room for daily duties with two kids in sports year round. My only issue is they are asking a huge markup.

The muscle wagon :pimp: :pimp: :pimp: These things are so underappreciated. Rarely see wagons in the U.S. anymore. Love the white pearl, looks sinister.
not all cars but super cool. the fabrication is insane, then the dude who slaps together a rotary in 12 minutes. :wow:

This looks like one helluva adrenaline rush. Extreme motorsports with little to 0 regualtions(In Thailand at least) that has to be fun! Would love to do this sometime but would be **** scared because I don't know how to swim & even with a life jacket my fat *** would panic . I've seen on TV they do this in Florida a lot. How do they mount such massive & heavy engines to what appears to be boats with wooden floors lol? Those engines got to weigh 800+ lbs. shouldn't they go right through the floor?

It's a little rough around the edges. 84 monte carlo ss.
That's dope man. Got mad love for 80's cars aka the era of the right angle lol. Box shaped everything+
The Hemi :emoji_thumbsup:white-on-black. Second to only black-on-black imo. Lookin good
What a safe concept lol, the hell were they thinking? Crazy to think seatbelts weren't mainstream before late 60s & were just an option till that point. And even crazier to know that it wasn't until December of 1984 that they passed a law which required vehicle occupants to wear seat belts. Like cars had em there just for decoration purpose's till then lol. NY state was the first to pass the law I believe.

Got Vroom payment today

So instead of turning in my lease over allowed mileage (wouldve had to pay) and unsure if Lexus would try to charge me for something dumb...i walk away with $850. Definitely happy with how this worked out

now i gotta drive this Civic Hatch everywhere lol

Does the person take over the lease, or are they buying the car out?

zmaqbool zmaqbool I don’t know man  wood is super strong so I guess that’s how they do it.

taxes there on imports are like 400% so they all just learned to fab up all their own stuff and build what they have. Even mustang is like 100k or more.

there’s another vid where a dude built a diesel truck with 7 turbos. It runs 10s on street tires.

That's the first thing that came to my mind like how are these heavy *** engines not sinking these light *** boats lol. But you're right wood is pretty sturdy. They ship crate engines on wooden pallets that are bolted down slab by slab. All about the thickness of the wood I guess.

That's an insane # for taxes good God! But in some of these countries the saying "you gotta pay to play" is on a whole another level lol. Especially vehicle imports. Props to the enthusiast out there though. Where there's a will there is a way. Custom fabrication is a very intricate skill I'd assume, so major props to them dudes. I believe the 100k Stangs statement- that's just a starting price. I'd love to have just 1 of those JDM RX-7's. More I see em more I want one man & I'd def learn to drive manual if I get it.

7 turbos? Wow when 1,2,3....isn't enough why not go with 7 lol. How does all of that forced induction even get tuned & come together to run in harmony with all the other custom parts? You ever heard of the Thor Truck? How many superchargers do you want sir? ALL OF THEM!!! Some big baller Arab dude bought in out in Riyadh, Arabia. Must be nice lol

If you weren't on the other side of the country I would have tried to cop from you tbh looks very clean.
Thank you, I got lucky finding this one. Only rust was the t top plates but those have been re done.
Since we're talking seatbelts, who remembers auto seatbelts back in the day? My dad's Mitsubishi had it

My uncle's Ford Escort wagon had them, thought that was the height of luxury at the time.

I have no idea how they build those trucks in Thailand and it all comes together, they make their own turbos too. super cool stuff, even if you don't like what they built I got a lot of respect for that kind of thing.

that truck is insane man  I wouldn't want to try to take a corner in that thing.

Speaking of crazy mark ups , so the RS6 has a 40k mark up and I ram into this gem today lol. 92k stick but but asking 117k..... man the mark up gang is strong in Cali.

Forget taking a corner, you gotta be able to see where the hell you're going first. How can anyone see anything out over all those superchargers? Lol, thing's a bomb on wheels
