\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

It looks like one, drives like one, but didn't cost like one :lol
Should have gotten it :lol To me the higher end version had extras that I don't really care for. More accident avoidance type of stuff more than anything. Can't go wrong with the mid level though

The new Mazda 6 is a beautiful car. May be my next car, but I want to wait to see if the Diesel comes out, if the wagon comes out than I cam for sure buying it to replace my IS300 wagon.

whats the best/safest way to sell a car to a private party? i''ve never done it before but i think i will soon.

I did Craigslist when I sold my last car. Pain in the *** with people low balling. Most of them try to get a deal and flip it immediately for a couple thousand more.

Had a Mexican guy come with his "son" begging me to sell him my car for $3k. Apparently all his son's friends had benzes so he wanted to buy one for him as a graduation present.

Sold it to him and saw in on Craigslist a week later with the scratches all fixed for $6500.

Cars.com and autotrader are good too. They'll also give you an idea of how much to list it for when you search for similar cars in your area.

i've bought and sold at least 10 cars on Craigslist. i usually try to weed out the idiots through text and phone calls before i will meet up with people.  the cheaper the car your buying/selling the more idiots you will come across on Craigslist.

Like everyone else said, go to the bank with the buyer and watch the cashiers check get filled out. Or cash.

My Craigslist Tips
- Don't accept offers/lowballs through email. Most likely you'll never hear from that person. Try to talk price when they actually come look at the car
- People who take the time to call you are usually more serious
- Don't structure your life around meeting prospective buyers. Alot of them won't show, so don't put your entire day on hold
- Most buyers will be late. Schedule accordingly
- Repost your ad every 3-5 days. After that, it'll be buried and you won't hear from anyone
- Don't lose a sale over a couple hundred dollars, your time has to be worth something
- Be willing to fudge the selling price to save the buyer tax money, instead of selling it for cheaper
- Don't hold the car for ANYONE unless they give you a cash deposit

I'd search for an online store that sells OEM BMW parts (for less than the dealership)

Just got this new glossy carbon fiber vinyl. Might wrap my interior trim in it depending on how it looks in different light.
