Both all Navy's made in USA with imported materials. Solid fuzz. One of the low crowns is made in China and just flat out kind of sucks. The other USA made, decent fuzz. Hope y'all get lucky and get the musa fuzz.

I found a California Angels non CC on eBay. Had to sell it because I went 7 5/8 instead of 7 7/8.

I want to say from 1992 when they first put the mlb batterman logo on the back. They have a green underbrim and have the old new era tags on them as well. Anyone interesred in any for a low low price.

^ nice. I think they only wore them one year, 1995. HC had a nice custom made that I was able to pick up. I see 7 to 7 5/8 on eBay constantly for a decent price. I love the 1-2 year one offs that many teams had during that time.

Some older pickups I thought I'd share

The A's was a lids $13 bf sale cap. It's a pre flagged fuzzy as hell on field. The others are from HC

I also bought some lids retro classics Brewers that quickly got returned.

They ended up being basically black with dark green accents. The original were much like the HC BREWERS custom in the first photo. Light Navy and regular forest green. It's so far off I almost threw up a little. It looks more like a mid 2000s Tampa Bay colorway.


Macy's came through with some bf sales. All but one is a pre flagged

I wouldn't pay retail for the newest line of imported material polyester on fields. But that's just me. It would likely be a slight increase in quality than your standard CC custom.

What are you against specifically? Mickey's place 1980s Phillies is non flagged, green under, no batterman. Likely made in China but when they do have sales, they aren't bad caps. Even your lids retro classic isn't terrible compared to much of what's out there with CC branding.

Not quite. That's pushing it. First goal was to finially obtain a wool of each current MLB squad. That's accomplished so the slowdown is too real right now. Sort of liking these one off customs that HC has. I'm waiting on a two tone twins M custom. They had one 4-5 yrs back.

I love customs in the same realm as their regular on fields

Solid list. A few missing tags here or there for the more current era that I'm more familiar with. But a great resource Non the less. I can buy a cap online and not tip off any sellers on what they may be selling as rare or underrated.

2009-2011 Oakland Athletics alternate on field. MUSA/ 100% poly/ black under. Design is from 2000 season. I'm guessing this is some type of TBTC cap with 2009 era lableing.
2007-2010 New York Mets road & alternate on field. MUSA/ 100% poly/ black under.

All super soft great fitting polyester material. The 2016- current era is saddening.

With wahoo now officially wiped clean off mlbshop, I had to scoop up some duplicates

Heads up. Lids just increased the price of all current on field inventory starting today. $37.99 is the new norm. Increase is about $3/cap. Hope you stocked up.

It makes these sales that much more important. I barely like dropping $19/cap, now retail is $37.99. Special editions ought to be $41-$42 range easily. Who’s buying at these prices? Kick them in the junk for me.
