Hasn’t been worn in a minute. Time to hit it with the lint roller and suede brush.

Sale ends today, but Milb store is running 20-25-30% off. Various teams qualify. Great deals out there.
the 718 truth the 718 truth correctly placed left patches? It seems like some are in the database as such but newer patches get the right side treatment.

At least 9 or so (Cooperstown) with older patches and correct left side placement, including a ‘95 Wahoo which flew

Heads up. Fanatics (not the others) is offering 30% off plus 25% back as fancash. A $42 fitted comes out to around $27 shipped when it’s all said and done. Could be a glitch. Most of the time, they give back maybe 5% back tops, and their other affiliates aren’t coming close to 25% on their cash back.

My other 2 all star hats came in. My fav might be the reds pinkie. Patch simple but so dope to me.

I relented and got the Dodgers On Field hats with the 2020 WS and 2020 WS Champions patches despite knowing they were outsourced which I dread. I got them shortly before Thanksgiving last week. :emoji_angry:🙄👎

I really prefer and miss the On Field hats made in U.S.A. That texture was softer, fuzzy, and better. 🇺🇸

The 2020 WS patch hat was made in China. 🙄🇨🇳

The 2020 WS Champions patch hat was made in Haiti. I never realized New Era outsourced to Haiti until now. 😲🇭🇹

Myfitteds just put some stuff out. Copped the red Yankee.
damn. Just got ecaps last Padres 16 patch cap. It had been sitting about 2 months lol. It makes you wonder, one original style gets picked up and it’s sold by someone else for years to come. This cross platform cross company creation is riveting. Nothing is original anymore. Could’ve used a smaller size. But I paid about $34 average.
First three cap pickup with patches ever for me. All are grey under). I couldn’t go with complete hype lol. Baby steps.

1978S 1978S sizing is a mess. I’m a 7 7/8 naturally but many runs get like one of those in. So it’s usually the 7 3/4 that fits like a 7 5/8 or a 8 that fits like a 8 1/4. Maybe 2 in 20 new releases fit absolutely perfect. That percentage used to be 7/10 just 1-2 years back.

although many Bangladesh 7 3/4s have been fitting like true 8s. So lately I’ve been sizing down, assuming the majority fit too large.

So sad. Hat Club All Star pre-order from back in August came in....but it fits too damn big. :emoji_disappointed::emoji_disappointed_relieved::emoji_disappointed::emoji_disappointed_relieved:

Bout to put my tailor to work.

Just wet it n let dry in the heat. You could even do direct sun light. Works like a charm.

There are 2 things I never buy online. Fitteds and denim. Both are way too risky when it comes to fit. I knew this was going to happen but took a chance.

This one fits like a whole size too big. I've shrunk fitteds before, but this one doesn't stand a chance.

I'm seriously gonna have my tailor remove the patch & undervisor, and put them on a fitted I buy in-store...that actually fits. My tailor of 10+ years is a wizard I kid you not.

He has before. Simple stuff like sewing on patches and fixing ripped seems and separated visor. Putting the pink undervisor on though might be challenging as there's multiple lines of stitching in the "U" shape. We'll see.

Keeep me posted. I always love seeing what tailors are capable of. Nvr know if I could ask for the same thing.

Some of the 2019 London Series Yankees hats were made in Haiti, lucked out finding a Made in USA model in a 7 1/2.

Was it a team issued cap? Does it feel or look decent? I’m seeing many game worn or team issued MUSA on fields with terrible materials and shape, they might as well be made overseas. So I’ve stopped seeking new releases that are made in USA. The searching is not worth the end result. They’re vaguely ‘assembled’ in the USA. Nothing like derby.

I never finished my post with therealest1 therealest1
We now have Laos, Haiti, China, Bangladesh, and Vietnam.

China/Vietnam/Bangladesh/ Haiti/ Laos is my general pecking order for quality , with USA being first obviously.

Last weeks pick ups favorite is definitely the World Series defining moments cap (mookie, urias, turner,Bellinger
