It's lights out for Highlander: The Game. 

The video game adaptation of the cult '80s flick is no longer in development, a Square Enix representative confirmed to IGN today. It was first announced in 2005 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. The publisher was unable to provide details behind the game's cancellation. 

Highlander: The Game was originally being published under Eidos, but the company was acquired by Square Enix in 2009. French developer WideScreen Games was handling development. 

 They're falling apart.

Mr friends at Sony have said the game is well into Alpha and that the builds are squeaky clean. They also said the dev cycle is on schedule so that would lead me to believe that we shouldn't anticipate a delay.

I mean come on, Naughty Dog isn't Square, Epic Games, or Polyphony Digital

its not impossible to think that resistance could get delayed but i doubt it, after the november that sony just had im sure that uncharted is an absolute lock for next nov

i feel bad for sucker punch though, i was hoping that sony wouldnt leave them out to die in june/july again but with R3 in sep and U3 in nov, i dont see it happening unless theyre due october
