In Florida and in most other states, a legally carried weapon can be used to defend against an attacker. What in the hell is your argument? You can't beat someone up for following you but you can shoot someone in self defense if you are being beat up through no physical action of your own.

Wait you're telling me if I get punched in the face by someone, I am legally allowed to shoot said someone.

There was also no notes on the autopsy report that stated Trayvon's hands were bruised from punching GZ, just says they was a scar from before the shooting.

I understand this point, but it assumes that ALL punching ALWAYS leads to bruising.  The jacket may not be dirty but the dude was scarred up and he could not have punched himself in back of the head.  

If dude was beaten as silly as the pictures suggested, Martin would have DNA on his hands, fingers, knuckles. sweater sleeves, etc... Rain isn't gonna wash that away... According to various reports out right now, none of that was found.

Dude's clothes are way too clean to have the back of his head jammed on the concrete multiple times.

Defend himself from what tho? We don't know who touched who first? Gz looks like he's too soft too want to throw hands and trayvon seems like he was about that action. My guess would be that tm felt offended by being followed, so as they got closer, tm probably pushed him or something. If those scars on gz 's head were legit, looks like tm was handling him. Gz was probably looking for any reason to shoot tho.

So who do you all think was screaming for help. I think it was tm, but if he was pounding Zimmerman'shhead, why would he be the one screaming?

Again, these are assumptions.  We are expecting "DNA on his hands, fingers, knuckles..." but that assumes that when people fight there is always DNA exchanged.  As far as the rain goes, water dries.  I am SPECULATING, but those pictures were taken hours after the incident.  If I recall, the police did not initially arrest GZ because they could not charge him with anything.  He was charged AFTER the media outcry about White guy (he is hispanic/white) killing a black teen.  

The questions you bring up are valid, but they are speculative.  There is a lot of would have and should have.  Zimmerman had bruises and a black eye, which suggest a struggle.  No one is saying there was a brawl where TM got his hand bloodied with GZ's blood.  Real fights, unlike cinematic fights, are hardly dramatic.

This!  It is amazing how much power the media has on individual thinking.  I do not agree with anything RZ did, but it is not fair when the media can influence an outcome of a trial.  People are outright ignoring facts and promoting here say and disinformation as truth.
