...A board of six people ELECTED to look into issues didn't even know who they fired which is why he was there.
THEN to add insult to injury, told him with a straight face "We don't your wife or what you're talking about, but we'll get her a job whatever it takes"...At that point dude is like "yall think this a game huh?"

How you gonna SIGN OFF on a termination, and not know what you signing off on? That's why the guy let them things fly to  prove a point, dudes treating institutions like court and education like a assembly line, it's just a check to them while they sit "high and mighty"

^ stupid post.  there is no valid point made.

the board members have hundreds if not thousands of employees under them.  it's not their job to get to know each and every individual.

if, for example, they see termination papers, they determine if the cause for termination is reasonable and authorize it.  if the employee feels that they were wrongly terminated, they should take it up to their direct supervisor, not the higher ups.  that's like a factory worker asking bill gates why she was fired.

You would sound fly and be absolutely right if your were talking about STATE Department of Education School Board, this was local..."Bay District"
("19 Elementary schools,  5 middle schools, 6 high schools, 1 adult education school and 1 special purpose school") AND it's broken down into smaller
Divisions....

So explain to me where you're getting these "thousands" of employees from? And so you don't look anymore ridiculous tryna call someone out here's the list:

let's see:

19 Elementary schools,  5 middle schools, 6 high schools, 1 adult education school and 1 special purpose school

thanks for doing the research for me.

you do know that school districts employ more than just teachers, right?  TAs, counselors, janitors, security, bus drivers, secretaries, admins, etc.  with that many schools, there's too many employees for anybody to keep track of each individual.

would it be unreasonable for me to assume each of those schools have at least 30 employees?  if not, then at 30+ schools that makes it ~1000 employees.

ps.  my e-mail to ginger:

Dear Mrs. Littleton,

I must commend you for your efforts in attempting to disarmthe gunman even though your attempt was utterly futile.

Sincerely,

Tom
